The Elfrida Society has drafted an updated Staff handbook combining all of our Policies and Procedures. It has been shared and we have been involved in a consultation process.

We want to extend the consultation to the 31.03.19. We want to ensure we have:

  • More time to read the whole handbook (152 pages)
  • Time to cover the whole handbook in our consultation
  • Full involvement of all employees at The Elfrida Society
  • Full involvement with our Unite
  • More information about why the changes have been made. For example, full details of Elfrida Societies finances and full sick leave details.


Please sign the petition and help us ask our CEO and Trustees to extend the consultation to 31st March 2019.
