Management continues to ignore our grievances while they pocket the profits from our exhaustion. I am spending my time cataloging every single complaint you have sent me so they cannot hide from the truth at the next meeting.

The sheer number of Care Partners workers signing this proves that management can no longer hide behind their lies. They think they can ignore our grievances but this momentum shows they are running out of excuses to treat us like garbage.

I enquired to Sch about hours that I should get and she said oh well there will be more clients to come.... What does that tell you!!! Been a employee for eleven years and still only part time... They should be filling up part timers into full time hours .....
Care partners doesnt give travel time in between to see client. When i asked, they Saïd it will calculate automatically on your hours. I dont know if this is true. If not that is they have cheated me so mamy times on my hours. Thanks. Mohammad
I'm just fed up...I'll be booked beyond mt 8 hours in ialp...no lunch or break or travel time...when one worker sits and twiddles her thumbs for 2 hours and has no clients..never offers to help. ..ridiculous. .
My main complaint is in regard to the fact that our refusing to work on our weekend off is marked against us. We work hard for our patients, and this company, during our workweek, and our right to enjoy our well-deserved weekend off should be respected, rather than made a negative on our record!!
The disrespect and lack of understanding that the PSWs have lives outside of this company is what leads me to signing this petition. Follow the agreement that was signed or get out of the business.
The changes in the office make it difficult for us to comunicate. Do not call and speake live when they schedule u out in overtime.
Employer has a way of rebuffing our issues with their unorganized, non-caring attitude towards their workers. It is not only their PSW's, It isalso the way they pile work on their schedulers and Supervisors. I am told by in office staff, they too are threatened to "do as your told" or your job maybe in jeopardy. Hmmmm! Bullying and intimidation cannot and will not be tolerated.

I have been denied my 2 week vacation for the first time in four years. They said that I can only have 1 week in august and the other in September. I want and need 2 weeks together in the summer I am not impressed with this decision.
