We here at THE INDEPENDENT WORKERS UNION invite everybody to sign this petition to support the Home Helps who are working 7 hour contracts and less. We also want to STOP the intimidation the HOMEHELPS are subject to on a Daily Basis from the HSE.
The petition has now reached 500 signatures. This milestone highlights the growing recognition of the significant challenges facing home helps who operate under restrictive contract hours.

This is unacceptable, my daughter relys on this service as she's disab & i would be lost without them, a lot of people depend on this service especially the elderly & infirm, the H.S.E. need to cut back the "Chiefs" & put more "Indians" on duty, this has to be stopped,

The HSE is all talk about keeping senior people in their homes, all talk about Community Care and yet this government allows the abuse of the Homehelps and Carers who save this State a fortune.
