We know our Union rights and we know we deserve better. The conditions we work in add up to one thing: Disrespect . We stand up for ourselves and our patients . We will do whatever it takes to win the contract we deserve! SEIU members , it is very important that you put your name on this petition , it will show Allina that we are strong and united . We will demand a contract now and expect the same as Mercy employees. Allina has always said we get everything Mercy has. If that's the case , Why are they not excepting our proposal? We are asking for what Mercy has. We have been told we are one hospital two campuses , we have been told our new name is Mercy hospital Unity campus . The administration can no longer ignore the visibility of this campaign. I have requested a formal meeting with Allina leadership to present these demands directly. Preparation for our upcoming negotiation session is underway based on the specific contract language we are seeking.
