This is to petition for an special meeting for the Prairie Ridge Condo Association. This petition is to only be signed by homeowners.
There is much confusion on the insurance claim due to the hail damage that occurred on July 8, 2020. Many are concerned about the short notice given even though it appears to have been in the works for some time. Therefore many of the homeowners need additional information for it. This meeting should also be used to create better practices going forward and make everyone more informed on the current issues facing the HOA.
We are formally requesting a special meeting to occur in the month of May 2021 to allow for the homeowners to fully understand the insurance claim. The emergency meeting needs to be held either in a public place in the city of Hastings or through a virtual platform to allow for all homeowners to attend. This meeting should be scheduled as soon as possible.

We are still waiting on clear answers about the roof repairs and the board has been basically silent since the summer. Enough is enough.
