There are two proposed developments.
One at Morgan Farms. This Development will consist of commercial businesses, townhomes, and single family homes on one tenth of an acre.
The Second proposed development is at 278 and 142 across the street from east side high school. This development would consist of commercial properties at the entrance, townhomes and single family homes on tenth of an acre lots.
between these two developments there will be over 600 homes and 3000 residents.
The starting price for these single family homes is $415,000. This will drive home values for existing homes in the area up inturn raising your property taxes.
Our schools are already at full capacity. These developments will over burden the school system harming the education and safety your children deserve.
These developments will increase traffic astronomically not only from the 3000 residents living there but from the vehicle and tractor trailer traffic the commercial business will bring.
The environmental effects of these developments could be extremely detrimental to the surrounding properties. not only will they greatly affect the wildlife in the area they will change the watershed which could put your home in a flood zone. ( If your home is in a flood zone mortgage companies will require flood insurance on top of your existing homeowners insurance )
