Think the whole thing sounds awful and will ruin the way of life we love about living here.

We moved here because we wanted to live in a rural environment. These changes would totally change that and not for the better!

Too much development in newton county. Save the east side. More development equals more crime.

We live in Bridgemill subdivision and I am a teacher in Newton County. These developments would negatively impact the schools, traffic, housing, property, infrastructure, etc. WE DO NOT NEED ANYMORE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS. Our infrastructure cannot support it.

Leave Newton county alone. Hell you're building and no is buying or renting anymore. The moving has SLOWED down. You have more homes, apartments and townhomes then people now. Stop the madness

We do not have enough law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, & hospital rooms to handle what we have now. What are the commissioners proposing to do to meet these needs of its residents?

We are already bursting at the seams in this county. The roadways can barely hand the traffic as it is. The schools can’t even keep up with the class sizes and doesn’t have the financial means to hire more help. Whose pockets are we lining by the influx of development?

Green space is necessary for survival & it is rapidly being depleted by these high density apartments. Growth is already strangling parts of Newton County. Fix the present infrastructure & plan wisely for the future please.
