Let it be known to the Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole, that the follow people listed want to see Edward Eugene Summers, III parole DENIED on October 13th, 2009 and any time he becomes eligible for parole in the future. His part in the murder of Jame Lee Harper III, has left a mark on this community. This petition has been started by Jason William Cline, Uncle of James.
The feedback I receive continues to reinforce the gravity of this situation for our community. I am currently preparing formal documentation to ensure the Board of Probation and Parole understands the depth of our collective opposition.
October 7, 2009
The steady growth of this petition confirms that our community remains firm in the pursuit of justice for James. It is encouraging to see so many people acknowledge the importance of this outcome.
