PETITION OPPOSING PAROLE in the MURDER OF JUDY FAYE KELLUM WILLIAMS
To be submitted to the State Of North Carolina Post-Release Supervision And Parole commission on behalf of Judy's family and friends.
Re: JOLLY JAMES WILLIAMS NCDOC# 0442512
On July 23, 1991 Jolly James Williams brutally murdered his wife Judy Faye Kellum Williams at there home 332 Kellum Loop Road Jacksonville, North Carolina. Judy had been beaten, and struck numerous times in the head with a blunt instrument causing Massive Head Injuries. Then Jolly took his wife to the couples bedroom layed her Beaten body across the bed, set the bed on fire and leaving her there to Burn and cover up evidence. Jolly is now serving a Life Sentence in the prison located in Kenansville, North Carolina (Duplin Correctional Center) for the murder of his wife Judy. This CRUEL KILLER will be eligible for a Parole hearing in the next 30 days. Being paroled from his Life Sentence would be a MAJOR injustice not only to the family of Judy but to the whole community at large.
We, the undersigned, oppose clemency or parole for Jolly Williams. We respectfully request the Clemency and Parole Board to DENY parole to inmate Jolly James Williams. This man's crime has caused immense grief, irreversible pain and immeasurable hardship to the family and friends of the victim. Jolly has no respect for human LIFE and should serve his full Life Sentence. By keeping Jolly in Prison you will be protecting society from a DANGEROUS KILLER. Jolly James Williams should NEVER be PAROLED!

Jolly Williams is a monster who burned his own wife to death and he belongs behind bars for the rest of his life. We are almost at 250 signatures and I need you to flood social media with this link right now. Do not let the parole board think we have forgotten what this coward did to Judy.

I've seen the sorrow this man has caused this family. I can't imagine he should EVER be allowed to walk the streets again. How can one who committed such a horrific murder ever be rehabilitated OR trusted amongst the community again?! Keep the community safe by keeping him locked up!!

Please Do Not Release This Killer. It was an unspeakable way that he murdered his wife and then tried to cover it up.

JUDY was a sweet young girl. She was very loved by all her family and well respected in our Jacksonville NC community. Her parents grieved for their loss until the day they died. All of Judys other family members and friends are still dealing with the pain this horrible person Mr Jolly caused. He should never be released and he should serve his full sentence. May peace some how come to the Kellum Family.

This man should never ve able to be out in our society. He is a murderer and an abuser. He abuses and tormented for many years until finally he killed his wife. Anyone who burns an innocent victim and tortures like he did should never be released. He has and will never change and doesn't deserve anything less than death.
