RE: David Seibs ADC# 108903 Hearing date: March 14, 2024
On June 21, 2002, David Henshaw had recently graduated and was riding with Roger to go meet up with some of his friends. Roger stopped at Exxon and when he got out of the car David Seibs and his friends started trash talking to Roger. Then Seibs hit Roger. Seibs was told to leave by the gas station employee, and he did. However, when Roger and David left the gas station, Seibs and his friends were waiting for them. They followed them onto I-430 and harassed them.
Roger took Colonel Glen exit to get away from Seibs and Seibs passed them on the exit ramp. Roger stopped to give Seibs time to go on. When Roger continued on the ramp and went around the curve, Seibs had pulled over and was waiting for them. He then threw a 4-way tire tool hitting David Henshaw in the neck. Seibs and friends left and David Henshaw died from a ruptured carotid artery in his neck. Seibs was out on parole at the time this occurred. David Seibs was convicted of manslaughter and a terroristic act and was sentenced to (2) 30-year sentences in prison. While in ADC he has over 100 recorded disciplinary violations.
We, the undersigned, Strongly OPPOSE, parole for David Seibs. Justice demands that he serve the full sentence given to him.

This is wrong in everway. He can have his freedom but the mother still has to go without her son who he killed.
Please do not put this THUG back out on our streets! Look back on all the crimes he has committed plus killing a young man that didnt do anything to him. Malke Arkansas a safe place to live!
Please do not release this dangerous man. He already took a precious life. Life for a life!!
This guy decided and premeditated to take David’s Life that day and he is now forever gone. He should NOT be back in society so he can do it again- bc letting him go free is exactly what your saying to him ( you may do it again ) - David was so young and had so many people, friends - his family that loved him that we he passed it effected a lot of people forever. Please do not let him free
This guy has had way too many chances to do right. He can’t do right as evidenced! Remain in prison for entire sentence without possible early release!!!
He should serve 100% of his offense as a jury of his peers decided.
Keep him locked up he is dangerous to society.

David was such a kind kid, my son’s closest friend. His life was taken too soon.
