As an owner of Connaught One, I would like to urge for the follow-up and approval of the pending pedestrian staircase construction plan with DBKL. This project will greatly benefit residents and pedestrians in Taman Connaught by providing a safer and more convenient walkway to the MRT station.
For comparison, Sunway Properties generally manages to confirm these much faster; is there anything we can adjust internally to speed things up?
Direct access to MRT is a critical feature for residents convenience and was a key factor in our decision to purchase.
Please build a covered walkway or at least a staircase that links to MRT Taman Connaught station since the developer keeps emphasizing that this is a TOD project
Appreciate efforts and follow up from UEM Sunrise project team to obtain the staircase approval from local authority as it will benefit all parties as a whole, thanks!

Is the walkway truly only expected to be ready upon full project completion in 2027?
