We, the concerned buyers and stakeholders of the J.Satine project, are deeply alarmed by the ongoing lack of transparency and inadequate communication from the developer following the serious incident reported over three months ago (News).
Since the incident, communication from the developer has been limited and insufficient to address our growing concerns. While there have been some public statements and minimal direct communication, these have lacked the clarity, detail, and consistency needed to reassure us about the status of the investigation, project safety, and future developments. Furthermore, the FAQ document (FAQ Gandingan Jakel) has not been updated since 15 November 2024, leaving us with outdated information and unanswered questions.
As buyers who have made significant financial commitments, we deserve clear, timely, and transparent communication. The current situation has caused not only frustration but also deep concern about the safety and future of the project we’ve invested in.
Through this petition, we are demanding the following from the developer:
1. Full Transparency: A comprehensive update on the investigation, safety assessments, and next steps.
2. Active Engagement with Buyers: Establish regular, meaningful dialogue with buyers through meetings, briefings, or dedicated communication channels to directly address our concerns.
3. Updated Documentation: Frequent revisions of the FAQ and related materials to reflect the latest developments and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
4. Genuine Stakeholder Accountability: Demonstrate responsibility by being responsive to buyer inquiries and fostering a relationship built on trust and open communication.
We urge the developer to address these issues immediately. Limited updates and passive communication are not enough. As stakeholders, we deserve respect, clarity, and active engagement.
This petition is not regardless of whether the report is been completed nor whether the report is accepted by DBKL, but to demand the developer to reveal the report to public about what has happened and what has been done.
Sign this petition to demand transparency, accountability, and stronger engagement from the J.Satine developer. Our voices matter. Together, we can make a difference.

So far didn't see any detail response for the black A cracking issue remedy, really hope that would be a session which discuss abt the details of remedy process in future and timeline
Please provide first home buyers like us some courtesy & professionalism. I believe Jakel/PV would demand the same if you are put in my situation as buyer who read exact same notice for months telling us to just “wait”
as for someone whose still looking for stability to be independent, this issue regarding J.Satine (as my first house) has become a mental pressure. payment still ongoing, assurance is yet to be assured
Hi Dah berapa lama projek tak jalan. dah lebih tiga bulan.. Kami dah start bayar kepada bank, lain-lain institusi kewangan. Please. Selamat ke tidak rumah itu untuk diduduki? dengan crack besar tu Tolong la buat sesuatu.
It has been 3 months since the stop-work order was issued. Progressive loan interest still needs to be paid. In addition to the financial burden, we also need to be concerned about the safety and integrity of the building structure. We need transparency regarding the actual issue that occurred at the J Satine.
Please give us buyers update with full transparency instead of generic replies.
Kindly respond to us the information from the DBKL report with full transparency.

We, the buyers, request transparency from the authorities and developer to disclose the expert inspection report. We also seek for the solution from the relevant parties especially the developer and also the guarantee from the government. As we bought the property under the scheme of RUMAWIP.
