As building owners and tenants of Metropica Tower One, kindly request a Town Hall meeting to address our concerns regarding building security and maintenance delays.
Our primary concern is the inadequate security measures in the building, which compromise the safety of residents and visitors; from policy breaking tenants to inadequate security protocols, Prompt action is needed to rectify these deficiencies and ensure a secure environment for all.
Furthermore, we have experienced significant delays in essential maintenance tasks, causing inconvenience and frustration among the residents. Timely maintenance is essential for maintaining the building's functionality and appearance. However, the extended periods between requested repairs and their actual completion have caused inconvenience and frustration among residents. We urge you to prioritize maintenance efforts and establish an efficient system to address requests promptly.
A Town Hall meeting would provide an ideal platform for open communication and collaboration between the different parties. By coming together, we can collectively find solutions to these pressing issues and ensure the well-being of the community.
Please consider organizing a Town Hall meeting at your earliest convenience. We appreciate your attention to these matters and look forward to a positive response.

The Board has not yet responded to our request for a meeting despite the growing list of security and maintenance complaints. Please email a copy of this petition to your building manager today to ensure they know the pressure is mounting. Keep reporting new issues to the portal so we have a clear record of these ongoing failures.

Too many non residents walking around the lobby. Fix the doors and actually pick up the phone when we call for repairs.
Finally. The security here is a total joke lately and my AC has been broken for two weeks.
