Safe MRT access is very important to our community. We kindly request UEM Sunrise to share an update on the DBKL submission status for the staircase. We would greatly appreciate clear communication from the developer and prompt assistance from the authorities

The Cheras Connaught One project was launched 2–3 years ago with a proposed pedestrian bridge and covered walkway to MRT Connaught Gate C, subject to local authority approval. Yet after almost 3 years, there seems to be no visible progress or status change.
Is UEM genuinely working on this, or was it mainly a selling point/marketing gimmick? Hope UEM can provide a transparent update

One thing that would make the project even better is if the proposed staircase/pedestrian link to the MRT station, as mentioned and displayed in your advertising materials, could be approved and eventually built.

I was promised by UEM sales agent that a linked bridge will be built by the developer but there is no news so far. I’m signing this petition so that the relevant authority or developer that look into this matter seriously

Is the UEM even trying? Or is it having the "staircase" just a way for them to sell this project. Seems like they don't care

TOD was the main reason why I even bought the place. Without knowing even whether the developer even tried applying feels like it was all just a sales tactic. I would like to at least know that they are trying.
