Closure of leisure facilities at Skyline - petition to Liv Group from Skyline 1 residents
We would like to ask for a full or partial refund for the service fee we are paying as tenants/owners of the flats in Skyline 1 given the leisure facilities are going to be out of use for at least four months. This is now the second time the swimming pool has been out of use for an extensive period of time in two years. Therefore yet again we are paying for a service we are not receiving.
Although Liv Group have offered the use of the gym facility of Skyline 1 to residents there is no replacement for the swimming pool and, besides, residents of Skyline 1 already had the use of this smaller gym facility. What is more, the weights/ mats seem to have been moved out of the Skyline 1 gym facility and it is more congested since residents of Skyline 2 are using it too. Furthermore, residents of Skyline 1 were not contacted at the same time as Skyline 2 and no apology has been issued. When we signed our lease/ bought our property the swimming pool and leisure facilities were advertised and were one of the reasons we moved in.
We believe that Liv Group have acted in an unacceptable way and that they should offer full or partial compensation to all residents of Skyline 1.
