The residents of Goodings Grove and Pheasant Run would like to see Quail Lane closed off for the safety of these communities. With the opening of a Meyer Store and Cardinal Fitness this will increase traffic to a dangerous and potentially fatal rate. Closing this street will prevent speeders on our roads and help ensure the safety of our children. There has been near fatalities already and many complaints from both communities in regard to speeders that go through these communities. If closed off, both communities would still be easily accessible and have multiple points of access for emergency vehicles. This is a very simple solution that will save childrens lives and also reduce the amount time that law enforcement must spend on this ongoing situtation.
