Stop the seniority deterioration at SFO! Clear the SFO transfer list now! Despite the valiant efforts of the SFO APFA representatives, AA management(local base and the Crew Resources Department) has refused to acknowledge the hardships that are placed on SFO flight attendants in their continued refusal to clear the SFO transfer list. Every other domestic and all but one international base has significantly lower reserve seniority, including STL. AA management refuses to acknowledge the costs associated with such high reserve seniority and continues to focus only on the alleged cost of "forcing flying" into SFO. We, the undersigned flight attendants, hereby request the NEW AMERICAN management team to make this issue a priority and work with us to find a realistic, workable solution that will benefit everyone.
The current volume of support demonstrates the scale of this problem to the Crew Resources Department. We are now preparing a formal summary of these concerns to present during our upcoming meeting with base leadership.

There are less than 25 flight attendants on the transfer list! Please clear and put people where they want to be! With the cost sky rocketing in the Bay Area you need individuals that are from here to be based here!

Yes... I am on transfer list for SFO. Would love to be closer to my home. I was based there in 1999 and left to raise my kids and came back and hoping they open. There is so much travel in northern ca. Southwest is taking it all. We need to corner that market. Please don't forget this fabulous base ! There's a lot of us who want to go there! Thank you!

After 21 years of being stuck on the SFO reserve list I finally made the decision to transfer out and commute to JFK! That was 3 years ago. Things have only become worse at SFO! CLEAR the transfer list!!

Dear New AA management. I wish our new management and employees to enter a new and productive relationship. Allowing new hire and transfers in to SFO would go a long way into promoting this. Please clear and open the transfer list to allow new people into our base.

Please do all you can to clear the list and produce a win-win situation for SFO Flight Attendants and AA. It's the smart fiscal choice for AA and it's a start in correcting the problems associated with stagnation at our SFO flight attendant base.
