I was just staring at the screen and honestly it is hard to wrap my head around how much momentum we have built up lately because it really feels like the message is finally cutting through the noise. It is wild to think about how many of us are dealing with the exact same exhaustion and it makes me think that maybe management is actually going to have to stop looking the other way eventually.

I am completing 22 years and anyone around that seniority in Boston is still on reserve. I'm all set, all done! I have been on reserve my entire career and I need my life back! Reserve is fine when you are new and in your 20's, but not now! Please encourage anyone you fly with to sign this petition! Thanks Rachelle for being proactive!,
Reserves need relief now.....do the right thing AA management and clear the list.
I was willing to cut my hair, be flexible and travel anywhere when I was hired 23 years ago. I did not sign on to be at Crew Schedules beck and call for my entire life! Done!
23 years of reserve is way beyond "paying your dues". The frustration of NEVERENDING reserve has peaked. We need a remedy STAT...before us career reservists lose our minds.
A reserve system should be fair and equitable to all, not just a select group! Change is way overdue!!

18 years and still on reserve...hold the same thing as I did 10 years ago.... Please let the growth help is all!!!
