From former ASA employees who transitioned to Delta, To Delta Management. Transitioned employees feel as if the adjusted flight seniority to June 1st, 2007 is unfair. Therefore this petition has been created to address our concerns. We are asking that these concerns be taken into consideration. We very much enjoy our flight benefit, and feel as if our flight seniority should be the same as our company pay seniority. We don\'t feel that this would be offensive to current Delta employee because we have flown within the Delta senority pool for many years. Your consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated.
