Fire Chief Johnson has ruined the once-successful and highly-trained Marthasville Fire District. Record numbers of turnover from highly trained firefighter-emt and firefighter medics do his narcissistic attitude and poor people and leadership skills have contributed to this loss of volunteers. Among that and other things like the treatment of homeowners on calls. He has also violated ethics laws such as deleting and blocking people from the fire department Facebook page he runs if they disagree with his post or you call out something he does wrong. I'm making this petition out of concern for the future of the department and the safety of the residence with Chief Johnson in charge.

My family has lived in Marthasville for years and we never seen the department this bad. Johnson needs to go before someone gets hurt because of his ego.
