This despicable and sad excuse for a poloce officer needs to be removed as odessa chief of police and replaced with someone who actually wants to protect and serve this town.
He's not the type of officer we need in our community. He's always had a poor attitude. He's always very rude durning conversations. This field isn't for him. I wish him all the best through.
I recently spoke to Chief Newhouse in regards to my attendance with the Central Missouri Police Academy and my plans to apply for OPD after graduation. After hearing what has taken place, I will not apply to work with an agency that has in-house hostility. Hopefully this is resolved and I can continue my goal of working for OPD.
Wow just heard about the fight... With all the craziness going on in this world this should not have happened!
After the way Chief Newhouse has treated long term employees of the Odessa, MO police department he needs to move on.
We don't need this kind of behavior. He has done enough. Step down please.

What about the rest of the staff? The fight was over people cheating on each other. Why isn't the rest of the staff on leave also when their moral characters are at risk. I mean cheating on your wife and husbands is a pretty big character flaw in my book. I say get rid of the whole staff and start new.
