We, the undersigned property owners on the Chain O' Lakes in Spread Eagle, are concerned about the effect of imposing water skiing restrictions on the Chain O' Lakes. We believe that any water restrictions will adversely effect property values on the lake as well as increase boating traffic and congestion during proposed designated water skiing times, therefore effecting skiers safety and increasing the risk of boating accidents. We also believe that imposing water skiing restrictions does not address other issues that may effect the lake such as: jet skiers, boat traffic patterns, or wake restrictions. Additionally, we believe that there is an insufficient amount of evidence to support such a restriction and contend that the restrictions are motivated by self-interest and not due to safety or congestion on the lake. This is a plea to other lake property owners to not support any restriction for the Chain O' Lakes. "We do not support any water restrictions on the Chain O' Lakes."

The massive surge in support proves that property owners are sick of these baseless restrictions. The people pushing this agenda are finally realizing that we refuse to let them dictate how we use our own water.

This is just gonna make traffic worse during the windows they want to enforce. Makes no sense at all.

Total overreach. Stop trying to control how we use the lake.

KEEP THE LAKE OPEN. These restrictions are totally unfair and just ruin the fun for everyone who actually enjoys being on the water.

Ridiculous idea. We bought our lakefront property specifically for waterskiing. Leave it alone.
