I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people have added their names to this effort. We are almost at one thousand signatures and I truly believe this momentum belongs entirely to your dedication to our waterways.

A no wake zone for that many miles would FAIL. People would try to go slow but most likely they would plow a larger wake. Boats going fast enough to plane off have small wakes. The majority of that gorge it lined with rock anyways.

An economic analysis of the the fiscal impact on the local economies including employment impacts is needed with this proposal. Keep Lavasu and the Topok Gorge open to safe boating and recreational activities.

30 years of living and boating in this area and I have never experienced the damage, accidents, destruction by boats, that the USFW describe in their draft recreational boating CD. No more over reaching restrictions.

I oppose the current and future proposed restrictions on the refuge - when non motorized boaters start paying registration, launch fees and have to use lights at night they will have a better arguement It is unsafe to only have one lane to access the river under power

Not only will these limitations kill boating and tourism for Lake Havasu and its surrounding areas but it will increase the boating traffic to the lower body of the lake. The last thing we need is more accidents!

Further and past restrictions will not do any prove able benefits to the environment, and will only further harm the surrounding economies. These restrictions wil severely stifle and snuff the boating based economy that has helped the area flourish.
