We call for the Lakota Board of Education to publicly censure current Board Of Education member Darbi Boddy for her continued disrespect and aggression towards Superintendent Matt Miller.
Month after month, meeting after meeting, Mrs. Boddy has repeatedly attacked the integrity and honesty of Mr Miller. She continues to use rhetoric and hearsay to launch baseless attacks upon Mr. Millers ability to serve in his capacity. She has directly attacked his impartiality in reviewing concerns regarding curriculum, questioned his honesty with comments implying he is "hiding things" in regard to curriculum and classroom activities and repeated unfounded statements about questionable materials being used in the classrooms by Lakota teachers.
Mrs.Boddy's statements and behavior serve to undermine the confidence in District leadership at the Board level. Additionally by her words and statements she is demeaning the integrity of the entire Lakota Staff.
This behavior must not be tolerated and should not be allowed to continue. We are demanding action be taken to call out this behavior as entirely inappropriate.

Please keep the meetings professional, devoid of psychological and emotional attacks to any persons present, including Matt Miller. The board meets should be managed respectfully and as examples of integrity, not the poor behavior we are viewing by Darbi Boddy
Her actions and statements at school board meetings are extremely unprofessional and untruthful. Censure is the minimum that should be done to encourage her to be adult, respectful, productive, and appropriate as an elected school board member.
I am a parent of 2 Lakota students and I do not support the direction Boddi wants to take our district. I most especially don't appreciate how she conducts herself and how theatrical and uncivilized she wishes to be as a representative of our district.
Our district deserves a board member who leads by example and she does not. You gain respect by showing respect to others, and she does not. She wastes time when she should be working for what's best for our students and the future.
As a new member of the West Chester community, its frustrating to see someone who clearly has no understanding of education trying to call the shots here. As I understand, Mrs. Boddy does not live here with us or have children attending Lakota schools

Darbi disgraces and shames our district and what public education stands for. She is a bully to educators and students alike. The uneducated conspiracy theories, accusations, and disruptions are damaging our schools and this district.
