Lisa Clutter is currently a teacher at Webster Springs Elementary School in Webster Springs WV. She is a bully to her current students and also to decades of past students when she taught at Diana Elementary School many years ago. As a teacher she should not be bullying, degrading, and belittling children. She has made rude comments to children about their appearance and has raised her voice at an improper tone that should be used while teaching. We as parents, grandparents, uncles, and aunts need to stand up for our children and be their voice so these children aren't facing difficult consequences in the future caused by someone that should be a role model to our children. We are taking this problem to the Board of Education for a positive solution to adults bullying students. Please stand behind this matter. We are talking about the future of the world... The Board of Education is still ignoring our outreach but their wall of silence will not protect Lisa Clutter from the truth. I am gathering more testimonies from parents who suffered under her abuse because we are finished letting her degrade our children.

The massive surge in support proves this community is finished with Lisa Clutter belittling our kids. The Webster Springs Board of Education can no longer pretend this is just a minor complaint. We are turning up the heat until they finally remove her from the classroom.

I worked in the school as a volunteer and heard a little when she came in our classroom. I was appalled how she belittled the kids...
All this is so true about this woman. The yelling in a child's face, being embarrassed in front of other students. Her asking if they're stupid. It's true, I'm 24, and can still remember her doing this to me. I was terrified to be in the same room with her.
When i was in her 2nd grade class she spent her days yelling at me. When i wasn't crying in class i was crying at home about her behavior towards me. Once she asked if i was stupid in front of the whole class. Why would someone want to be a teacher if they act like that? Is that really what we want our children subject to??
When I was taught by her she would get an inch from my face, and scream at me. I am 25yrs old now so I can only imagine what other children have had to suffer through. She should have been removed years ago!
She has bullied all my children. My daughter she said that red lipstick “didn’t look good on her” ( I’ll leave at that) for all the young immature eyes reading this!
I had her as a teacher and she called me liar in front of my whole class simply because another student thought I had taken something from their desk. I hadnt been at their desk and their were several witnesses that told her so. She continued to belittle me and accuse me before sending me to my desk. The next day the item was found, she called me to the front of the room, then proceeded to tell me my "integrity had improved". But, after finding out I had a very high reading level, she liked to show me off like a prize to the other teachers. "Come here and tell such and such what your level was. Isn't that impressive. I make sure she reads this kind of book." Nope, I did what I wanted and you got over it. I read 3rd grade books just to spite her most of the year.
No teacher should make fun of any child that there clothes doesn't fit right or because a child is heavy set or because there clothes isn't up to par. Some people don't make alot of money ( like teachers) and can't afford new clothes every year. But no matter what the teacher should be the better person in any case like this not the ( BULLIER). Yes something needs to be done alot of these kids get bullied in school and expect the teachers to help them not make the matters worse by bulling the child who expects them to help. Our kids are supposed to be safe in school so what is going on.

There is enough bullying by other children. How can you teach children not to bully when they are seeing people in authoritative positions bullying! She is a teacher and an adult she should not be teaching her students to bully!
