The Celebrate by Del Webb Board of Directors has as fiduciary duty to expend HOA resources in a fiscally sound manner. The failure of the Board of Directors to seek Requests for Proposals from more than one company for the Grounds, Landscaping and Irrigation needs of the community is, in our opinion, a failure to carry out its fiduciary duty to the HOA.
Therefore, the undersigned hereby petitions the Board of Directors to issue Requests for Proposals to several companies for contracts for the Grounds, Landscaping and Irrigation needs of the community.

We should identify: Is it our failure or theres? >clarity on each Contract Line Item Number. Rate quarterly review to understand delinquent agreement.. Meet with. Bridgeview for improvement and track at next quarterly meeting. Currently, too much noise to hear anything.
