The stories coming in from people who use the bus station daily confirm that this situation is completely unacceptable. I am currently gathering these accounts to present directly to the local council office. I find it hard to believe that Council has not installed CCTV to monitor the Capalaba Bus Stations. Too many people are being attacked in this location. Please install CCTV ASAP!
My handicapped son is often harassed by kids hanging around the Capalaba bus station. There needs to be security in place to move these kids on.
I had to leave hungry jacks alex hills with my 2 kids and my niece due to some awful behaviour I was actually scared for the first time and I’ve lived in the Redlands all my life
I am sick of my son and his friends being threatened and physically assaulted by these pathetic thugs that carry knives.
How can we teach our children independence, confidence, to be self sufficient and care about our eco system if they cannot catch a bus service, thereby saving on excess fuel emissions. By using public transport, my child is in danger!
Sadly seems to be issues everywhere. Has to stop great way to start.
To fear going to or getting off at a bus stop is ridiculous

My 15 year old daughter has to use this bus station to get to and from work sometimes her safety to me is Paramount get rid of these youths causing trouble it's disgraceful.
