BT Openreach constant internet outages in Water Orton
Dear BT Openreach your internet infrastructure is not up to the job and neither is your detection capability and customer service. We constantly have dropouts and hours of no service. Latest being Sat 30 May where we are all being told to wait until Monday. This service is not good enough and prevents Study and work. We request you overhaul you infrastructure and service and respond to fix problems quickly. FROM A very unhappy village of ignored and badly served customers!
