Having Recently moved into Weston village, I am shocked that an area that contains so many people has such poor broadband speeds.
In an area that has one of the biggest population densities in Weston, It is unacceptable in the current day that our broadband speeds should be this awful.
I have been documenting all your reports about connection drops and slow speeds to build our case for the service providers. Email your local representatives today to demand they prioritize our infrastructure upgrades.

The momentum behind this push for better broadband shows that the rest of the village is just as frustrated as we are. Post the link to your Facebook feed right now so we can keep building this pressure. Email your local representative today and demand they address these slow speeds.

I have lived in Weston Village for over four years and in all this time it just says we are under review. North somerset council should be doing more to force this issue.

Weston should be a commuter town to Bristol. How can you attract anyone to Weston without decent broadband these days. With a download speed of 1.2mb if I'm lucky it really is shocking. Most frustrating thing is a real lack of information on when you might expect it!

All the other cabinets on the Worle Exchange seem to have been upgraded to FTTC except the one next to the pump station in Moor Lane next to Plumley Park. Apparently Wessex Water own the land and will not give permission to BT to upgrade this cabinet. Current speed is so slow. I wish we had cable here.

Terrible that this area has been left behing the rest of weston when it is at a considerable distance from the worle exchange and has very low (in some cases 1Mps) ADSL connection speed.
