Package Haven is a critically needed service within The Landings community on Roosevelt Island.
Beginning on December 1, 2021, we have been rescuing many packages that are left unsecured by couriers in the hallways and lobbies and we have been placing them directly in the hands of residents.
Our goal is to partner with C+C Management and secure a space within The Landings property so that we may expand to a membership-based, opt-in service for residents of our community.
Package Haven will function as your doorman and ensure your package is kept safe until you are home to receive it from us, personally.

Package haven is a great service and super helpful given the mail couriers are not properly doing their job and leaving packages in the lobby to get stolen. Package haven keeps them away from the wrong hands and they’re awesome!
I believe Package Haven is a game changer for our doorman-less community. It's an incredible security measure amenity for residents. This also gives couriers a hub for offloading a large amount of packages that are otherwise dumped in lobbies and hallways.
This service is absolutely needed in The Landings. We have had MULTIPLE packages stolen and it is extremely disheartening and frustrating. Unless C+C Management has another solution this service is very needed.
This service is essential to ensure residents never have to worry about packages being stolen. It’s really disheartening when it happens especially when it’s an expensive item. It’s the solution to an existing problem.
This is badly needed in this community. Ive experienced first hand being stolen from and being stressed needing to be home to wait on deliveries
This is the best idea I’ve came across. It would be such a great addition to the community!

In the first five months of living in this building, we have had four!!! packages stolen. I have never experienced this level of theft in any community I’ve lived in before.
