Maxwell was one of the only teachers who encouraged his students and accepted each of us the way we were. There were a few tough years in high school when his classroom became an escape and almost sanctuary. Your big big loss, Northwest.

Mr maxed is a very respectable teacher. He was my journalism teacher for two years. All he has ever done was show his respect. Has worked very hard and it's a shame that a movie he turned off out of respect ends his career. Bring him back

In my years at Northwest high school I made a name for myself as a problem child & a bad student. I've heard first hand that my name was thrown around in the teachers lounge a lot. Mr. Maxwell never once minimized my intellectual capacity. He alone is the reason I graduated.

The fact that this has to be signed is ludicrous. Mr Maxwell was one of the best teachers at Northwest and truly cares for his students. He tailored his classes to be more of a college setting, and treated his students with the respect of adults.

I never had Maxwell as a teacher, but I had him as a coach for four years. He is passionate about his job and he cares about students. I am saddened that he has been forced to resign, definitely one of my favourite teachers in this school

I have 3 children at Northwest high school and all of them attend his class. Is it amazing teacher and coach. This is absolutely intolerable. Bring him back Him back because he is an absolute asset to the school district. Anyone try to destroy his career should be ashamed of themselves
