The board has ignored my requests for a formal meeting but I am not backing down. It is exhausting to keep pushing against a closed door while they pretend nothing happened. We are keeping this issue in the light until they answer for what they did to Kromer.

Reaching this level of support has been exhausting but I refuse to stop pushing until we get answers. Seeing this many people demand fairness for Kromer keeps me moving forward even when the doors stay locked.

She was my teacher in 2013 and I TAed for her that year as well. She has always conducted herself professionally and with integrity. To not allow her back would be a great injustice.

Mrs. Kromer was one of my favorite teachers and I wasn't even in her classes I just loved stopping in to talk to her and see her in the hall ways she took a real interest in her students and not just academically she cared about everything and was always there to help she was amazing and doesn't deserve this hand she was dealt.

I am proud that my children go to GHS, but the administration needs to be transparent with the students as to why Mrs. Kromer was let go. Was it really for the teaching of young girls or something else? I know both of my children love her and count her as one of their most influential teachers, which makes it even more sad if she was let go because of something as silly as this.

Thanks to Garrett High School, I have my own child and I STILL don't know what a penis is. I don't want other girls to go down the same path, so bring this amazing teacher back and focus instead on proper sex ed classes rather than a whiny, over protective parent.

I don't see how we can have a convocation about safe sex and stds but a teacher for A GIRLS CLASS can't say anything. This is ridiculous. Garrett High School made a HUGE MISTAKE.

This situation was dealt with incredibly poorly. We just want someone to listen. I never thought out of all the things I've been taught at Garrett, that injustice would be one of them. This is not right. THIS goes against the morality of my school, I'm so terribly upset.
