Mr Rullan is one of the best principals I ever had he makes us feel safe and he is the type of principals that you could sit and talk to and he is one of the reasons I stayed in Maxwell and we love him and we need him to stay
Because he is one of the best principals I have ever met and he makes the school a better place for not only students but the whole community
Mr Rulan is the best principle ever. He not only encourages us but he interacts with us, makes us feel safe around him, and trust him to talk about our personal issues. Nobody could ever hate Mr. Rulan.
mr rullan has always been a good principal and is one of the few reasons why i have decided to stay in maxwell. it is completely unfair to get rid of one of the only staff members that truly care about the children. if mr rullan goes, many students will be leaving with him and i can say that with 100% confidence. i strongly advice reconsidering this choice.
This is important to me because when I was struggling to provide for my kids, Rullan provided me with essentials from the school pantry and also helped find me resources to get the help I need to provide for my children.

I proudly support Principal John Rullan because he is an outstanding educator whose leadership has transformed William H. Maxwell CTE High School. He genuinely loves and supports his students, holds them to high expectations, and has built a culture of excellence. Under his leadership, graduation rates increased to 88%, disciplinary incidents decreased by 75%, and Maxwell has become a school that students, families, and the community are proud of.

Mr. Rullan is a genuine person he has always had the best intentions in all of his decisions for this school he have put the safety and comfort of students first Maxwell doesn't want any principal but Mr. Rullan
