The Landmark jacuzzi has been inactive for a couple months now and we have been told that it may not be filled for a long time due to expensive maintenance costs. The jacuzzi is an amenity promised to us in our lease and it is unacceptable for it to be out of service for so long; especially in the winter, when it gets its most use.
