The primary reason for most of us joining is because we enjoy the water aerobics workout and swimming. The water activity has improved our health immensely.Many of us are not able to use the other services that the gym provides because of various health issues.
My cause of concern is the pool not being heated properly for more than a couple of weeks.
The showers are cold and the water in the pool is frigid. As of Sunday December 12th the temperature of the water was 67 degrees.
There are some more issues:
Missing shower head in one of the stalls.
The chair in the handicap stall is broken.
The water extractor has been broken for a few weeks.
The floor of the locker room needs to be mopped more often. along with it being wet it is also dirty.
The walls of the pool and the Jacuzzi need to be cleaned.
The towel hooks around the pool area are rusted.
To date we have not received a timeline as to when the cold water situation will be rectified from Brian the manager.
In addition, safety issues and disinfecting areas on a daily basis are not being maintained.
Our pool class has been reduced from over 30 to less than 5.

I honestly did not think this many people were dealing with the exact same freezing water and broken hooks so finding this momentum is just wild. It feels like we are finally being seen and I keep reading your stories about the locker room floors and it just makes me want to march into the manager office right now.

I'm very disappointed that the pool heating issue has not been fixed. I have not been able to attend any aqua classes since mid-November. Along with the heating issue, there is gnats by the pool and in the locker room.
I am very upset over the pool issues. I have paid over 600 dollars for training sessions, and I am unable to complete them, unacceptable.
Pool & lockerroom cleanliness are extremely importart to prevent the spread of viruses
Need the pool up and running and the pool area cleaned.
Your prompt and effective attention to the matters at hand are indeed necessary in order to honor the existence of your establishment. I look forward to a clean, maintained, adequate completely functioning gym facility as presented upon contract signage. Kind Regards

We are desperately awaiting for the pool to be warm again. There are a few of us whom are taking chances of becoming Ill due to getting into a very cold pool because that you about passion. Please Please make this a priority if not already.

Bring a member for the past 4 years I am very disappointed at the level of cleanliness and operation of the pool and locker area. The current situation with the heater for the pool has put my exercise routine off track. My hope are we can be compensated in some way for the weeks we have lost.
