As San Capella residents, we pay to experience the luxury of Mark Taylor apartments. This luxury includes: the sand volley ball pit, the fire places, TV lounge area, the hot tub, and most importantly the pool! Our pool at San Capella has now been closed for over a month, and does not have a promising future with opening up very soon. San Capella's solution to drive to other apartment complexes to "enjoy" their pools is an inconvenience, especially for those with children. I believe that we should be getting compensated for the high prices we pay here, until we are able to use and enjoy the amenities that we pay for.
