Me and my husband stayed at the resort for 3 weeks where we got married, the whole experience was brilliant, made so much better by the attention to detail that Shane paid when concocting an array of his many drinks and creations! He was 1 of the reasons our stay was so fantastic and why we were considering returning to the resort!
we have been to the Hilton for many years and all the staff provide a high standard of service we are so disappointed to hear that Shane is not going to be there he was the best bar tender he made amazing cocktails and I am not sure that we will return if he is not there

Shane is one of the best bar tenders, we have previously been to the hilton 3 time and are coming back again this June, one of the best things about the Hilton are the staff in Bar King Frog. The bar will be at a loss without him and his endless cocktails and humour!

Shane is a fantastic bar man and even better Mixologist. We got to sample some of his many creations including the famous "Bob Marley".

I just spoke with another friend - Donna - who worked nights at Bar Frog King - it sounds like they have let go most of the night staff from the bar go. They were put on a 90 day trial, lost all their seniority and had to work 6 days a week. Now I hear that the majority have been let go. We have been to the HIlton every year for 5 years now. Not sure if we'll go back if all our friends are gone
