We should be able to purchase electricity on our own from shops or cellphone banking. Please arrange for better WiFi. The security guys have our numbers so they should be able to call us when we have a visitor, then when we agree to the person coming in they should let the person in without requiring us to go down every time, Please!
There are a number of issues that need to be resolved. 1 Electricity is ridiculously expensive. 2 Accelerit WiFi is useless. It doesn't connect in most of our units. 3. Installation of cameras around the building 4. The maintainace of the building on it's on is poor. 5. Security services are poor, we need more security.
The place is not cleaned properly. Cockroaches and huge rats it’s disturbing... can there be better fumigation. Laundry services are extremely pricey especially since this place accommodates students mostly.
The electricity is becoming a serious issue. We are not even being notified when the rates increase and we get less units for the same amount.
We feel as electrcity prices are way beyond and we should be able to buy the electricty at any local shop that sells because if your electricty ends on the weekend you are not able to purchase until monday unless it eas before 12. Also please insert lights under the bridge as they has been a number of breakins so having a light we will be able to see any outside activities that occur

Been having continuous issues with cockroachs. As well as unusually fast drainage of electricity on the meter

Electricity fees are ridiculously expensive, this is day light robbery at its finest. GAC Solutions need to be cut out as the middle man because we're being extorted and exploited! The building needs Wi-Fi that is equally accessible across all sections of the building! The building needs to be exterminated on a regular basis!
