- Removal of current Management Company and manager Foster Premier *
- Removal of current Legal Counsel working with Board members **
- Investigate into bank loans procured by Association and foster premier for roofing and all driveway concrete work and contracts/payments.
- Audit VoT association financials for last 3 years.

* Invite bids for new Management companies
** Legal counsel could be hired on a need basis, not recommended by management company.
