• Removal of current Management Company and manager Foster Premier *
• Removal of current Legal Counsel working with Board members **
• Investigate into bank loans procured by Association and foster premier for roofing and all driveway concrete work and contracts/payments.
• Audit VoT association financials for last 3 years.
