Homeowners, please go on Yelp. You will all see what kind of Management Company we have had for 18 Years. Thanks, Board members for having blinders on the whole time. I have been voicing my frustration for years. Now we have honest and transparent board members that really care. Our past president that had ZERO. transparency. He would skate around justified questions. He is no longer here. Sold his unit and left SO many issues unanswered. I am so disappointed at our homeowners that kept him on for so long running our finances and renewing FP Management. So they could keep giving us sup standard service. What made him think he was entitled to hold the board president position for so long. Big mistake fan club. He had all of you fooled. I pull no punches I say it like it is.
I would not sit ideally by. I spoke up and was given names such as Rebell Rowser and Hot Head. Yes after 18 years of mismanagement. If I sounded angry, that's because I was. I wasn't going pay my fees and sit on my hands, without speaking out.
