Outline planning application has been made to Erewash Borough Council. The outline planning application includes the reserved matter of access for a maximum of 291 dwellings, 8 live/work units and they also propose to build a care home and a day crèche.
YOU CAN HELP SAVE THE GREENBELT AND SAY NO TO THE DEVELOPER BY:
Signing a petition sheets which are in most shops. Or request petitions sheets and start collecting signatures.

Please do not use up green belt land and swamp our village with this large development.
the green belt must remain protected for future generations. it keeps us separate from spondon.
I live on Derby Road and have already sent in my objection letter with all the same objections that I had last year
This development would change the whole nature of this close supportive community to an extension of the Derby urbanisation. This scheme is not needed to satisfy access to housing in Erewash and destruction of the green belt cannot be reversed for future generations.
our roads are already blocked every morning, how is this meant to help anyone living here? stop building on the green belt and look at the brownfield sites instead.
