The Woodlands site at Desford Road in Narborough, Leicestershire is the last area of green space in the locality and is so important, providing a break from the housing developments all around. There is a proposed development of 70 houses on this site, which a number of local residents are fighting to save these valuable fields and wooded area by trying to raise awareness in the village.
