We, the undersigned, support the return of the Ascension holy day to the Thursday 40 days after Easter. We believe that transferring the feast to the following Sunday diminishes the importance of the holy day.

Bring it back to Thursday! It feels so wrong having it on a Sunday now. My family has always celebrated it on the proper day.

it should be on a thursday like always. changing it just makes it feel like any other sunday mass and loses the whole meaning of the day.
