The feedback from fellow students confirms that the reduction of our break causes significant logistical challenges for travel and rest. I am currently preparing a formal letter to the administration to explain why the previous nine-day schedule was essential for the student body. Ridiculous. Half of us have to travel back and forth and this schedule makes it impossible to get cheap tickets. Fix this.
This really ruins my plans to go home. Why change it now when it was working fine for years?
My flight was already booked for the original dates and now I have to pay a huge change fee. DePaul seriously needs to think about the students for once.
what the hell is this schedule?? give us our full break back.
total nonsense. 9 days was perfect.

7 days is not a break its just a long weekend. we need the full time to actually recover from finals.
