PLEASE SIGN - THIS IS NOT A SCAM - HAS BEEN CREATED BY A NAMIBIAN

MTC is not consumer orientated.

Data being "stolen", as said by many customers

3G/4G slow or capped when it is supposed to be uncapped

Signal strength not to standard, latest phones cannot operate or support on MTC's services.

Not reachable, dropped calls

Contracts with top of the range cellphones are unaffordable due to high extra payments.

Latest phones arrive months after they are launched

Super Aweh created for low income, but only limited time frame available, what about mid income that can afford a contract but cannot afford the phones?

After sales service: " You're phone has water damage" even if your phone was not near water

The list can go on forever.

Sign this petition to get MTC to change and upgrade!

They think because they are the monopoly they can get away with it.

We just hit five hundred signatures and the frustration I am seeing in your comments confirms that I am not alone in this fight. This road is long and it feels like we are shouting into the wind sometimes. I am exhausted by the constant service failures but I am not stopping until we get the change we deserve.

Seeing this kind of momentum feels heavy because it confirms how many of us are dealing with the same frustration every single day. I am exhausted by the constant excuses from the company but knowing I am not fighting this alone keeps me moving forward.

The feedback from frustrated customers keeps pouring in and it proves we are not alone in this fight. We are inching toward five hundred signatures so please push this to anyone tired of poor service today. It is exhausting work but we cannot let this momentum die now.

MTC advertise 3Gig data bundle and when you purchase it you only receive 2.94 Gig. Where is the rest of my 60MB? That is allot of data which is missing every single time. You then resell my 60MB to the next person which I paid for!! Fraud and criminal organization, simple.

*Stealing data. *Even the contract expired they still deducting money. *They can renew the contract without your concern not even call you to go sign the new contract. *They don't give a free phone after the renewal of the contract.

Had a 4G device contract. When i moved the area could only support Edge connections. Inasked for assistance to boost signals. No help given even after months of requesting. When i wanted to cancel my contract they wanted to bill me N$5000 for the cancelation.

I bought 4G modem but it turns out that no 4G coverage at my place while they advertised that the whole Windhoek is covered by 4G. I wanted to return it but the sales agent simply told me "you want 4G, move to where there's 4G. "

Their "4G" routers are so slow! Can't streame anything on mtc's network! I've been trying to reacharge for a week no luck! Your contracts are pathetic! How can one pay close to NAD8000 upfront payment and still pay NAD745 for 24 months? Pathetic!

MTC robs you in broad daylight. I dial *131#,check my balance then call someone, convo last for 2 mins. Then immediately I dial *131# again to check my balance..... 5 mins have been subtracted instead. That's total madness and it happens almost everytime with me.
