I do have a contract phone.......BUT like if I put 150.00credit on phone and 150.00 data......end of month everything just disappears. I did not use it ...that is stealing.

The internet have very low speeds and is more off that what its online. Calls and internet is the worsening during festive seasons then you can not even make a call because the tower can not even handel the amount of people in a town before the festive season.comming festive season it better to write a letter and send it with the postal service.

I do agree with everything of what is written here.
I am a client for 23 years with them but just lost fate left and right. I signed a contract to get a certain speed on my Internet but they cannot provide it pathetic service in their outlets.

They want us to pay for full amount of data... I.e. 10do but the service is so bad as if I only bought 3do..
I wonder if th boss will buy his new car for over a million but not het the wheels or windscreen included

We have called countless times, where you informed us that we can pay the full contractial amount and go elsewhere.
We have been getting no joy with MTC since last year August, all they say is the tower is over utilized.
MTC need to refund my full contract.

They commit illegal practices and try to get me to sign extra documents to say that I owe more money!
