They have outlawed dumpsters on PRIVATE property, they have missing definitions, and basically stated that any vehicle without a license plate must be stored indoors. The ordinance is unfair and must be repealed.

Seeing this level of support confirms that I am not the only one feeling targeted by these ridiculous rules on our own land. Knowing so many neighbors have my back gives me the strength to push the board until they finally listen.

Although I believe no one should keep a “junky” yard I think this ordinance infringes upon the rights of private property owners a bit too much. I’ve read similar ordinances for other TWPs that are not nearly as invasive.
Unfair und unjust, sneaking new ordinances like this into the township. Shame on all of you! Mail a postcard to the residents to let them know what's up or put up a message on a local sign so we know when we should attend the meetings!

My neighbor has a dumpster and junk cars lawn mowers , grills, junk chairs and plain garbage blowing around. I wouldn't sign this if he actually used his dumpster.
