  2. Do you put up with poor connectivity, dropped calls on Airtel network? 
  3. Do you have to come out to your balcony to make a conversation because there is no coverage? 
  4. How many times have you been charged for a service that was never delivered? 
  5. Have you been fooled with bills saying that you have crossed your limit for Voice and Data, when you didnt really use that data? 
  6. How many times is your internet speed a fraction of what your plan promises? 
  7. How many times have you complied to customer care and the standard Airtel response has been : "Sorry for the Inconvenience"
You are not alone.  Airtel has over 200 million customers in India, its one of the top 10 Indian companies, and yet the services are so poor. 
Companies need to know that customers are the ones that make them profitable. 
We demand our money's worth. Start delivering what you promise us on paper.
