Airtel is full of scam

I am not a Indian I am from Sri Lanka but we have Airtel service here so I myself am a Dialog (the best internet provider in our country) customer but once I had to use Airtel for about a week and the experience was a nightmare so I am Call of duty mobile player and ping / latency is extremely important so I usually check my ping on a internet speed tester (usually OOKLA and it says I get a ping of 53 but when I hop into a game the lowest I get is around 103 and averages around 13p and randomly disconnects me from the server and on and on. The average download speed I get is around 40kbp/s where as on Dialog on average it is around 50 to 60 mbp/s to put that into perspective that makes Dialog over 1000 times faster and when you upgrade to the fibre version it gets way faster. So I tried using the speed based package they had which supposed to give 4mbp/s unlimited data for around 5000 lkr per month and could already tell it was gonna be bad and the supposedly "4mbp/s" run and 200kbp/s like just why you get the exact same package for 6000 lkr from Dialog and it runs at 8mbp/s and they do give what they tell at the end of the day Airtel is just another money hungry mf Indian company who slams a sticker that tell 4g on 2g internet service

Wtf!!! Man I just have 2 sims,1 jio and other is airtel.Jio is powerful enough to get 21.1 mbps and airtel is guving me 0.79 mbps for the same price

they dont have a direct helpline number where user can get their queries resolved by customer support team

I was airtel cx i paid 3500 for iptv they steal my money never installed iptv second they opened bank acct forcibly now bank acct shows minus 120 rs its not abt 120 rs but they cheated on us now they stealing from us. Airtel looted me so many times i cant even explain. They call and say aap airtel number zaruri hai agar isko bachana hai to recharge karwaao like they r torturing or blackmailing us. They are the looters

The Airtel network is so, so awful. It is really frustrating to use Airtel's poor connectivity to surf the internet.

I'm from a municipality area but the airtel network connectivity is worst here. I have never completed my data quota till date

There call quality is worst. Internet browsing is worst. What will I do with YouTube video streaming if I can not work or have an online meeting. Worst service in all over West Bengal.

Airtel sucks.they keep on advertise that their Internet is good but the reality is signals are full volte is enable access point is allright but Internet is nill.i wondar how stupid this airtel could be .first check your connectivity then start advertising. Airtel sucks.
