Afflecks is the heart of the Northern Quarter. You cant just replace history with more boring flats. Keep it weird!
This place helped me find my style when I was 15. Real shame if it goes.
Rent prices are a joke. Stop driving out the locals who actually make the city interesting.
SO MANY MEMORIES AT AFFLECKS. DO NOT TEAR IT DOWN FOR OFFICES THAT NO ONE WANTS.
manchester is losing its soul. went there every weekend as a teenager. leave it alone.

If they get rid of this place Manchester will just be generic like everywhere else. Sad.
